Prerequisites

To access the Plan to Vessel option, your user role must include the Cargo Lot Load Plan - Vessel (LOAD_PLAN_VESSEL) privilege.

You can use the Plan to Vessel form to plan a cargo lot to a vessel by specifying the work queue, vessel position, and quantity. The Qty. Planned and Total Qty are view-only fields. When you save the load plan, N4 creates a work instruction, which can be viewed in the Cargo Lot Inspector (on page 1) and Work Instructions view.  The Work Queue lookup field in the Load Plan - Vessel form lists only the work queues of type load. N4 does not allow you to save the details only if you have selected the work queue in the Work Queue lookup field.

You can perform load only for a vessel visit in the Inbound, Arrived, or Working phase.

You cannot create a load plan for a vessel if the selected cargo lot is a default cargo lot.
